Finding humor in a weather map...

I would have never dreamed that when I went to Intellicast to check the weather for my hubby, who was contemplating a hunting expedition, that I would find something that would make me chuckle and smile for the rest of the day.... When I pulled up our local forecast I noticed a new map option available....

Awful weather...Beautiful show

Well, it has begun, the weather is changing faster than we can believe.... One day we are watching the trees change from green into beautiful autumn colors and the next the wind kicks up and the leaves are on the ground and the rain and snow, yes I said snow, starts.. It is part of the wonderful life we enjoy here in Northern Michigan. It has been gorgeous this year. The trees were quite arrayed in a show of color that lasted for a nice long time.... I have been driving a friend to several Dr. appointments through out the state, so we have had the honor of getting a front row seat to the beautiful show this year....

The journey begins here....

I was challenged to "find happiness" on one of the websites that I am a member of. In fact it is Hystersisters.com, the group I found online that gave me support and information to help my husband and myself make our decision about my hysterectomy. They are one of the most incredible bunch of ladies I have yet to meet and I may never get that chance... In this group of friends everyone is referred to as a "Princess" and we are carted off to the "castle" for surgery. They do their best to make something good out of something seemingly BAD. It maked me think, I am blessed in the fact that I do not have to have surgery for any cancer or any possible terminal health reason. That in and of itself is a blessing and reason to "find happiness".

Think about it.. Do you have something in your life that seems to be a negative, but in reality it truly is really just a "princess" going to the "castle"?? Things really could be much worse...
Just a thought.
